Spicerhaart Appoints New Director to Lead South Yorkshire Estate Agency Team

Spicerhaart is pleased to announce the promotion of Christina Clarke to Estate Agency Director for South Yorkshire, reinforcing the company’s commitment to nurturing talent from within.

Christina joined Spicerhaart over a decade ago after a successful career in recruitment and has thrived in multiple roles since, most recently as Branch Manager of the Crookes branch in Sheffield. Her outstanding achievements have led to her appointment overseeing estate agency operations across South Yorkshire, where she will manage nine branches and three branch partnerships.

At 36, Christina has a solid track record in driving sales and growth, recently earning Spicerhaart’s prestigious Elite status in 2023.

Discussing her new role, Christina said, “I’m excited to support our branch managers and their teams as we work together to expand the business and maintain our high standards of customer service. I’m dedicated to balancing the unique needs of each branch while also keeping a focus on Spicerhaart’s broader goals.”

Christina draws inspiration from her parents’ strong work ethic and is known for her commitment to empowering her colleagues. “I love developing people and helping them reach their potential. For me, watching our teams succeed is the most rewarding part of this role,” she added.
